WOODRIDGE home construction has spanned from the late 1980’s into the present. Woodridge is an executive community of traditional styled homes in single and multi-level floor plans. Many homes are in “classic” brick. As there have been a number of builders involved with the project, homes take on a wide variety of designs with some of the newer homes tending towards the popular Craftsman style.
If you enter the community from the Hwy 29 entrance, you’ll notice that homes built in earlier phases are set on larger lots.
