GROVE PARK is a small, private neighborhood of 47 lots in east Greenville County adjacent to the premier Thornblade community. Home construction in Grove Park began in the late 1990s with construction by a few area builders. Homes include single and multi-level floor plans; a number of homes feature exteriors in “classic brick;” with the balance in a mixture of brick and/or vinyl siding.
A number of lots are located along winding roads leading to Grove Parks 4 private cul-de-sacs. The average lot size in Grove Park is approximately .3 acre. Yards are nicely landscaped; some perimeter lots have mature shade trees while a number of interior lots include newer shrubs and tree plantings.
Grove Park offers no formal amenities beyond some limited common ground. The attractiveness of Grove Park is that it offers more affordable quality homes among some of the areas premier neighborhoods and is conveniently located just minutes from Pelham Rd, the Mall and many restaurants.
