HAMMETTS GLEN, Greer, SC is a small community with only 68 lots.  Homes in Hammetts Glen are custom built by six of Greenville areas premier custom builders.  Hammetts Glen features executive, multi-story homes in “classic” brick exteriors which add a stately image to the commuity.  Home styles are traditional with some European and French County influences. Homes are multi-story with “big house” amenities and geared for comfortable living. 

Average lot size in Hammetts Glen is about .22 acres.  Almost 60% of the lots adjoin the common grounds and/or the buffer open space that surrounds the community.
