- Home Owners' Comments – July 27, 2011 – Dana shared the following comments on what they like about Hornbuckle Subdivision. This subdivision is perfect for families! The new Powdersville High School opens in August 2011, so residents here will no longer attend Wren High School. The community has an active HOA with lots of social events planned throughout the year: Easter Egg Hunt, Greenville Drive night, Summer Pool Party, Teen events, Adult-only Luau, and Christmas events, just to name a few.
