Roper Mountain Estates is a family oriented community conveniently located a few miles from the intersection of I-85 & I-385.. The community is larger in size with almost 200 lots. The average lot size is about .38 acres. Homes in Roper Mountain Estates are mostly traditional in style with a majority of them enjoying low maintenance “classic brick” exteriors.
