STONEWYCK, Simpsonville, SC is a built-out development by NVR, Inc/Ryan Homes. The community includes a family of traditional homes with some modifications built to meet the original buyer’s needs. Homes designs are of multi-story designs and some offer open floor plans and high ceilings that give them a very spacious feeling. Front home elevations are often finished in brick while other homes feature vinyl siding all around.
The average lot size is about .3 acres. Sidewalks are included along one side of the streets. Stonewyck features only one entranceway, and most of the homes in the neighborhood are located on roads leading to seven courts/cul-de-sacs which adds to the privacy and safety of the community. Trees and shrubs are newer plantings added as the lots have been developed. About a dozen lots back up to the common grounds of an adjacent community. That land is wooded and runs along Little Gilder Creek thus adding a nice backdrop to the homes that overlook that natural setting.
Stonewyck amenities includes a .94 lot at the Hwy 14 entranceway. This HOA common ground features a community swimming pool, and a small pool house/cabana.
The location of Stonewyck adds to its attractiveness. Greenville county public schools servicing the community are all within a 3 mile radius, and exit 33 of I-385 is only a 2 miles away. If you want to go shopping, take Hwy 14 north to Woodruff Rd, where you will find a wide variety of eateries, retail shops and services. And the Shoppes of Greenridge are only about 3.5 miles.
