THORNHILL, Greer, SC is a smaller community of 71 homes located off of Devenger Rd in popular east county.  Homes are traditional in styling in a mixture of single and multi-story floor plans.  Exteriors are finished in a combination of brick and/or vinyl siding.  Homes in Thornhill were built by an area home builder/developer that has been involved with a number of communities in the Greenville and Spartanburg area.

Lots in Thornhill are smaller in size averaging about .28 acres.  Lots are nicely landscaped and while there are some mature trees in and around the community, many of the lots/homes have had newer tree and shrub plantings.
