WOODRIDGE home construction has spanned from the late 1980′s into the present. Woodridge is an executive community of traditional styled homes in single and multilevel floor plans.  Many homes are in “classic” brick.  As there have been a number of builders involved with the project, homes take on a wide variety of designs with some of the newer homes tending towards the popular Craftsman style.

If you enter the community from the Hwy 29 entrance, you’ll notice that homes built in earlier phases are set on larger lots.  And because of their age, the landscaping in these phases takes on a more mature and natural look which really adds to the charm of Woodridge.  Newer phase construction, south of Willis Road, features nice sized lots which follow the tend towards smaller parcels with lower maintenance demands.

One of the most alluring features of Woodridge is its location.    Its close proximity to I-26/I-85, the Westside Mall, and the surrounding retail/commercial developments makes it very a convenient and desirable location. And since it is outside of the Spartanburg city limits, Woodridge benefits from a lower real estate taxes.
